We offer complete living room, dining room, and bedroom sets, as well as furniture for your home office, sun room, basement, media room, and kitchen. We carry a wide list of vendors including: Bernhardt, Candice Olsen Rugs, Drexel Heritage, Durham Furniture, Ekornes, Hooker Furniture, La-Z-Boy, Martha Stewart Signature, Natuzzi, Peter Lorentz, Sealy Mattress Company, Stearns & Foster, and Stanley Furniture.

What methods of payment
do you accept? Oskar Huber Furniture & Design accepts for deposit
and final payment before delivery the following methods of payment:
Cash, Personal check, Bank check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American
Express, and Oskar Huber Furniture & Design Charge card (Third Party Financing
requires prior approval).

What time will my furniture
be delivered? Two days before your scheduled delivery
date, we will call you with a three-hour time window. The majority
of our deliveries are made by our own uniformed delivery men. For
a small percentage of our deliveries we use a professional private
delivery service. In either case, the delivery teams are equipped
with cell phones and may call you in advance at a number that you
provide.

How can I prepare my
home for delivery?
Here are some helpful hints to ensure that your furniture delivery
will go smoothly:
- Clear hallways and stairways to allow for easy access. Also,
sweep or vacuum the floor where your new furniture will be placed.
- If you purchase new bedding, please have all bed linens from
your old mattress set removed.
- Clearly identify house address number on mailbox, front door,
or curb so that our drivers will be able to easily find your house.
- During the winter, please shovel and salt sidewalks and driveways.

What if I need to cancel
or change my delivery date? If you must make a change
in your delivery date, a minimum of 48 hours advance notice must
be given in order to avoid a re-stocking charge. Please call 800-303-7204.

What if I want to pick
up my furniture?
You have the choice of either picking your furniture up at our warehouse
or the store where you made your purchase. In most cases the product
for customer pick-up is not unpacked and assembled.
Warehouse
You may pickup your order at our warehouse in Southampton, PA; click
for directions. Before you come, please call 800-303-7204 so we
may have your items ready for you. Please bring pads or blankets
and the proper sized vehicle. Loading assistance is available.
Warehouse hours are as follows:
Monday – Friday 7AM to 8PM
Saturday 8AM to 3PM
Showroom
If you wish to pick up your merchandise at one of our showrooms,
please call in advance to schedule the pick-up. In some cases your
merchandise may be warehoused in our central distribution center
and needs to be transferred to the store. Please bring all padding
and tie-down materials needed to secure your new furniture to your
vehicle. Oskar Huber Furniture & Design is not responsible for damage that
may occur during transit. Any damaged or defective items will need
to be returned to the store for inspection and repair. Loading assistance
is not always available; therefore please bring adequate assistance
to load the item(s) in your vehicle.
Regarding “AS-IS” merchandise, all products must be
picked up within 10 days from the store where it was purchased.
Orders not picked up after 10 days will be voided and any deposit(s)
forfeited.

Do you offer Special
Order Merchandise?
Oskar Huber Furniture & Design will gladly custom order your choice of
home furnishings with a 1/3 deposit. Special Order Merchandise may
not be cancelled. The revision of any order for Special Order Merchandise
will only be accepted if Oskar Huber Furniture & Design is able to revise
their order with the supplier.

What is the Service
Policy?
Oskar Huber Furniture & Design takes pride in our ability to service the
products that we sell - promptly, professionally, and courteously,
provided that you are the original purchaser and that the merchandise
has not been misused or abused. This policy is in effect for a period of one year from the
date of delivery (or pick-up) with the following exceptions:
- Two year free in-home service inspections are provided to those
that had their product delivered and paid the delivery fee.
- Repair or replacement of the product is at the sole discretion
of the manufacturer and their warranty.
- Upholstery fabrics are not guaranteed for wearability beyond
the warranty of the manufacturer, if any, or for fading, pilling,
and shrinking or color fastness.
- Due to climatic conditions, changes in wooden or metal finishes
can only be warranted for one year.
- Regarding “AS-IS” Merchandise, any defects in workmanship
and/or materials that are considered warranted by the manufacturer
may be serviced on a chargeable per hour basis by Oskar Huber
Furniture & Design.

What is your return and exchange policy?
Stock Merchandise may be returned within three (3) days, if not
satisfied, for a full refund less the delivery charge for your area
(if the order did not have a delivery charge, then the applicable
delivery charge for your area will be deducted from your credit).
Delivery Charges are not refundable.
Beyond the Three Day Satisfaction Period for stock merchandise a
minimum 33% restocking charge will be applied to orders that are
authorized by Oskar Huber Furniture & Design for a return.
Special Order merchandise, Outlet merchandise, Tent Sale merchandise,
Clearance items, and “AS IS” orders are excluded.
